Fees
Our Domestic Energy Assessors charge a one off payment for assessment and production of an EPC. This fee must be paid in full on or before arrival of the assessor at the property, either cash or cheque, based on a sliding scale relating to the size of the property (see below).

All fees must be paid in full before the EPC is made available.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, a fee of £30.00 becomes payable for any assessment cancelled less than 12 hours before the appointment time.
